Welcome to GoldStar Kennels! We are located in the Majestic foothills of Southern California between Los Angeles and San Diego, near the city of Temecula. GoldStar Kennels offers exceptional Vizsla and Weimaraner puppies and professionally trained puppies/adults to loving, responsible show and pet homes. GoldStar Kennels is owned and operated by Victor and Gaila Brickus. We have more than 20 years experience as breeders, trainers, and exhibitors of dogs. Since that time we have worked extensively with OFA, CERF, West Riverside Veterinary Hospital, Dr.Michael and Steven Butchko's DVM, Newport Animal Hospital, Dr.Jeff Cohen DVM, Mrs. Debra Cohen and staff, along with other outstanding veterinary clinics in Southern California, in order to develop and improve our breeding program. Our Vizsla and Weimaraner puppies are among the healthiest and the most well socialized you will find in Southern California. All our puppies descend from National and International Champions with several generations of health clearances. We provide all our families with placement contract, a 3 year written health guarantee, vaccinations and worming records, 5 generation pedigree for the sire and the dam, eye, heart clearances along with OFA certificates for the hip/elbow clearances. Our Vizsla and Weimaraner puppies are raised right in our home where they are provided a loving and well socialized family environment. They are introduced to various noises and experiences: for example other dogs, cats, radios, tv's, vacuum's, children and teenagers running around. We strive to produce healthy, intelligent, calm puppies with excellent temperaments that will make loving addition to your family. Because of our deep love for each of our puppies, we are very careful to make certain that our Vizsla and Weimaraner pups are placed in a great home. We recommend that potential clients have a fenced yard or a kennel area that the puppy can go to if you are not able to watch him or her. This does NOT mean that you leave your pet in this temporary area for long periods of time. Puppies and dogs should live with their families, be given plenty of attention, playtime & TRAINING. We would also like our potential clients to think about the time, knowledge, ability and resources it takes to provide a clean, healthy, safe and permanent home for our puppy.
